ANT834 Venetian "Figure 8" Mantel Clock by the Atkins Clock Company(Circa 1867)

Clock Strikes the hour on a wire gong.  The Rosewood case is in mint condition with no cracks or chips.  Most of the original paper label remains on the backboard below the movement.  Both glass tablets are all original with no blemishes or cracks.  The dial, though probably not original, is definitely antique and matches the clock perfectly.  The clock has a great, soothing tick as it counts the seconds.  This is a great example of an earlier American clock.  Professionally overhauled.
