Strikes the hour on a wire gong.  The arch topped case contains its original gilding and finish.  The crisp white dial has been professionally restored to its original splendor.  An original paper label remains behind the pendulum along with the signed gong base.  The door lock is fully functional and is operated with the winding key.  The original 8 day movement has been professionally overhauled, cleaned and oiled.
